Welcome to Ashburn Coaching & Consulting! I’m Jessica Ashburn, a passionate advocate for holistic personal and professional growth. My background in higher education and diverse professional experience has shaped my approach to empowering individuals and transforming organizations.

Who Am I?

As a person, I cherish the little things in life— enjoying the view from a mountaintop, sipping coffee on my back porch, or spending quiet time with my husband and dogs. After living in the hustle and bustle of Washington, DC, I now appreciate a more thoughtful pace of life, free from the rush of catching the next train or bus.

I connect with people where they are, providing support and laying the foundation for growth and sustainable change. Authenticity is the heart of who I am—what you see is what you get. My genuine approach permeates every aspect of my work and personal life.

Education

I am a double graduate from Florida State University (Go Noles!) with a B.S. in International Affairs, and a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Finance Administration, as well as a graphic design degree. I believe in the power of creativity and continuous learning.

Professional Experience

My career spans higher education, nonprofit, and consulting sectors, throughout the US and internationally. I’ve worked with large institutions, supported small startups, and created people & culture programs from the ground up. I partner with leadership teams to navigate organizational and cultural changes. My passion lies in understanding and recreating the current puzzle to align with organizational and individual objectives.
